I started in advertising, then graphic design and photography, and moved into product design. So I care whether a screen reads well as much as whether it works.
At D-Link I worked on smart home and IoT products, built a design system shared by four shipped products, and started using AI to go from Figma straight to production. Before that: Armorize Technologies, and agency work back to OgilvyOne in 2001.

From 2007 to 2010, I was responsible for all website content, corporate marketing materials and product literature at Armorize Technologies. In this capacity I worked closely with Joe Chen.
