Work with me

I help teams put AI into everyday work, and help products find where users get stuck.

I’m Joe. I spent 13 years designing products at D-Link — smart home apps, Wi-Fi devices and a B2B surveillance platform. Over the last two years I’ve wired AI into my own design process, and I’ve run most of it end to end myself: research, screens, code, shipping.

If your team wants to adopt AI but doesn’t know where to start, or your product is live and users keep getting stuck, let’s talk.

What I can help with

  1. 01

    AI workflow consult

    For
Teams or individuals who want to use AI but aren’t sure which part of the work to start with.
    How it works
A two-hour video call. I listen to how you work today, then we find the one place AI is most worth trying first.
    You get
A written plan: which tools, how they connect, and what to do first.

    From NT$6,000

  2. 02

    Hands-on AI workshop

    For
Design, product or marketing teams of 5–20 people.
    How it works
Half a day (three hours). We use your real work as the brief and build one automated workflow together, in the room.
    You get
A working workflow you can use the next day, plus handouts and step-by-step notes.

    From NT$15,000

  3. 03

    Product experience review

    For
Live products where conversion or retention is below what you expected.
    How it works
Two weeks. I walk through the main flows, look at the data, and talk to a few users if needed.
    You get
A list of issues ranked by severity, each with a direction for the fix and reference screens.

    From NT$40,000

  4. 04

    Monthly advisory

    For
Startups and small teams without a senior designer who keep needing someone to sanity-check direction.
    How it works
Four video calls a month, plus questions by message in between.
    You get
A senior design opinion on call, without a full-time hire.

    From NT$20,000 / month

Questions

Can we work remotely?
Yes, most of it happens online. Workshops in Taipei can be in person.
How soon can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks.
How do you invoice?
As an individual contractor (a Taiwan labor-service receipt).
Anything you don’t take on?
Yes. Right now I don’t take pure visual or screen-production work, or long-term on-site roles.

Want to talk it through first?
